From Katie Couric, Laurie David (Oscar winning producer of AN INCONVENIENT TRUTH) and director Stephanie Soechtig, FED UP will change the way you eat forever. Stephanie Soechtig’s documentary Fed Up, narrated by Katie Couric, presents the case that the food industry and the government have acted together in order to change the eating habits of America in a way that has led to widespread obesity in children.” Show starts at 6pm and lasts until 8pm. Mayhem Rx’d is a two day, multi-event Halloween CF competition! There will be prize packages for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers for both the Pro and Scaled divisions (male and female). Prize packages will also be available for 1st place finishers only for masters (male and female). Register Here! The Pro athlete knows how to strategize before, during and after a WOD to maximize their output over multiple days/workouts. This athlete is likely among the top 5 males/females at their gym. Scaled Men and Women Scaled does not mean beginner. As a scaled CrossFit athlete, you should be proficient at most, if not all, common CrossFit movements.
