Crossfit Kids Mini 12.3 WOD

Hope nobody floated away last night! I think it was raining elephants and hippos...nevermind cats and dogs!

This week I will be attending my son's (Matt) track meets so I will have some helpers on Tuesday of this week and Tues and Thursday of next week. Thanks for understanding AND for the great behavior that the CFKers will demonstrate to Ursula and Missy.

Okay...today's WOD is a mini version of the Games Open WOD that the adults just competed in. Parents, I suggest getting on The Games site with your child and just navigate through the athletes and WODS.....give them a goal to shoot for. smile

PUPS (4-9)

SKILL: Push press (PVC)
Toes to bar/Knees to elbow

WOD: 6 Min. AMRAP

5 box jumps
7 push presses
9 kte/ttb

GAME: Poison Ball

DOGS(10-15)

SKILL: Push Press

12 box jumps

As a CFKID you are a role model at school because you choose to do what's RIGHT because it's the RIGHT thing to do. This week, if you notice a kid at school being picked on,made fun of or bullied; STAND UP FOR THEM! smile I know you will!
