Parents, as CrossFitters, please support your kids by providing healthy food choices as often as possible. Some kids wait for their parents to do their WOD and get HUNGRY! This is so understandable! Here are some ideas.....any fruit, vegetable, almonds, walnuts, boiled eggs, slices of grilled chicken in a Ziploc, etc. All we ask is that the box stays free from food on the floor, thanks!

SKILL: thrusters with pvc review zig zag/back pedal
WOD: 5 min AMRAP
3 burpee box jumps-> jump onto dot-> 3 thrusters-> hurdles ->to pull thru
GAME: A-Z Moonball
For the PUPS we are talking about the letter E and EGGS! Boiled, scrambled, poached.....great snack! Help your kiddos think of some other HEALTHY snacks that start with the letter E.
DOGS: (10-15) 5:00
SKILL: thrusters pvc/15 lb. bar review zig zag/backpedal
WOD: 8-10 min AMRAP
5 burpee box jumps-> jump onto dot->5 thrusters-> jump rope * 25 times/12 Double unders-> 2 Pull thrus
GAME: A-Z Moonball
For the DOGS we want to focus on our AR books immediately following your WOD for at least 15 minutes.
Take advantage of that increased blood flow to the brain to retain!

KyleO lured me in today with that dancing bnnaaa, but that workout was nasty! It was like a death by thruster/pushup wod, but surprise, now you get to finish with autopsy! (the rest of the 20min). I think a hot bath, icyhot, aleve and a big fat glass of wine are in order.
