A few high flying jumpers from Fridays WOD.
A big thanks to Coach Mike Robinson for Saturdays lifting seminar! Everyone who was able to attend left with some sort of valuable lifting knowledge. The rest of you will be able to spot this group by the snatch bars flying around in the box. If you weren't able to make it, don't fret, he'll be back.
WOD
Complete as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes of:
7 Back squat, 185/135lb
10 Overhead walking lunge, 45/35 lb dumbbell (right hand)
7 Burpees
10 Overhead walking lunge, 45/35 lb dumbbell (left hand)
