Mardi Gras Season is on us and we have a modified schedule for Fat Tuesday...tomorrow! THERE WILL ONLY BE TWO CLASSES TOMORROW, TUESDAY THE 21st of February...5:30am and 9:30am...there will be too much activity to have a full schedule with all the parades and such...so get your wod in at that time or take the day off...yes off! You may need the rest after Collin...ha, enjoy!

Carry 50 pound sandbag 400 meters...we are substituting a 45lb plate/db/kb
115 pound Push press, 12 reps
12 Box jumps, 24 inch box
95 pound Sumo deadlift high-pull, 12 reps
