Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push press 1-1-1-1-1 reps
Push jerk 1-1-1-1-1 reps

Try to increase the load on each of the fifteen sets.

    It was extremely difficult after john made me really focus on ohs yesterday! Max weight 90 lbs! Getting stronger and it is encouraging! Thank you to all the crossfitters
