Fight Gone Bad V

All right, the time is coming fast for Fight Gone Bad V. September 25th, 2010 CrossFit gyms around the nation will take on Fight Gone Bad! It is an opportunity to raise money for the Wounded Warriors Project and LIVESTRONG, Lance Armstrongs Foundation. We have a tremendous opportunity to raise money for two great causes and to get the word out about CrossFit Lake Charles. It's simple, invite somebody or somebodies to workout with you for the event. Bring a friend, a veteran, anyone that wants to honor someone lost or injured in the line of duty or they just like to train and that's what we do, so it's a no-brainer. We are commited to "making a difference" in the community we live in and the world we live in, not just getting physically fit. Bottom line CrossFit makes my world a better place. Taking your life from good to great is always a notable accomplishment, after all isn't there always another level to strive for?

I wanted you to understand what it is and how it works...so please read on! Please take the time to go through it, the rewards are lasting. Follow the instructions below and register yourself on our team, you can and do make a difference!

Ashley and I are commited to making this a memorable event and with your good words and actions, it will be amazing and that is what we are shooting for, Amazing! We also welcome Corporate contributions to sponsor individuals as well, if you don't know, ask your employers if they have any type of fund for this type of fundraiser. Last year Citgo contributed to our efforts and it was very generous for them to do so. Anyway here is the WOD and HOW you play!
