Great results take effort and commitment…both are showin up at the box

I am constantly inspired by all of you that show up, step up and put in the effort necessary. What is necessary? Whatever it takes to push you to the place where you do something you didn't think you were capable of. That is where the rewards are, that is where the esteem is, that is where the difference is made. When you hold back or sandbag you only cheat yourself. The beautiful thing about CrossFit is, it doesn't matter what the class does, it matters what YOU do. If you are last, so what! If you give it your all then you WIN pure and simple. So, put it on the line, take yourself to that place you are afraid to go. When you do the world opens up and you CAN DO ANYTHING! Commitment over circumstance wins EVERY time! So are you really committed to being CrossFit or are you just interested? Do you know the difference? Zig Ziglar said "if you had bacon and eggs this morning for breakfast...the chicken was interested but the pig was committed!" So put YOUR bacon on the line and take on todays WOD...

30 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball

A big congratulations to Lacie Savoie for her accomplishment...a 30lb weight loss in 4 months...she is committed. A Mom, a wife and college student...keep bringin it Lacie...this is just the beginning!

Big Reminder to step up and register for Fight Gone Bad as part of CrossFit Lake Charles team...raise some $ to support the charities and lock down who you are gonna bring to the workout...who knows maybe someone in your life needs CrossFit!

    40:20 I think it's equally important to post my suckiest worst days and Kelly definitely got the better of me. At 35min I had completed 10 box jumps on my last round. Please everyone, get in there today and get the best of Kelly for me! Thanks. -Megan

    I attempted Kelly on July 5th, but 35 crept up on me with 30 wallball's remaining! I rocked Kelly today with 31:45!!!! I love seeing progress!

    Decided to ditch the CrossFit Mom preggo workout today in favor of "Kelly." I did 3 rounds in 32:11. It was fun working out with the regular class today, though I appreciate being able to workout with all the awesome preggo mamas! smile
