WOD Feeds

It Begins

Chest bumps to all those who have signed up for the Paleo Challenge! I know how hard it was for some of you to even put your name on that piece of paper. Yes, this will be a difficult challenge but it will also be very rewarding. Show the same camaraderie you do in your WOD and support each other. Share your journey. Have fun!

It starts with the first thing you eat today. Write it all down, or type it up, keep track of your points and check in with a coach at the end of each week. You should have received your packet by now so let me know if you have not gotten it. Also, there are a few of you that have not done your paleo WOD. That needs to be done today or the first time you can make it in this week. Do let us know if you need help or have questions about anything. Happy first day of not eating CRAP!

    On my own opinion, I think that Paleo Challenge had already began. I think that many people would participate in that challenge just like how they would enjoy using Fish for girls. I know that it would be a fun and interesting challenge.
