Paleo Seminar This Saturday

If you are interested in learning about the paleo lifestyle, here is an excellent opportunity for you. If you are already familiar with paleo, come and get your questions answered or simply get a refresher course. It starts at noon this Saturday the 28th. Cost is $12 per person. There will be treats and door prizes, too. Please put your name up on the board at the box if you plan on attending so I can get a rough head count.

WOD

"Fight Gone Bad!"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 20/16 lb ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75/55 lbs (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 75/55 lbs (Reps)
Row (Calories)

In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.
