21:41 20#, red band. Just want to comment on what a beast Eric has become. Saturday he ran a 8:07 mile then did Randy in 5:34, then Sunday he rocked with the best time, 6:45. He has definitly become a WODzilla and i love the push. Also watch out for Christina, another beast in training. 2 WOD's 2 hours apart, are you serious!
