I've had a few people mentoin not being able to do their own bodyweight and wanted to present my idea of scaling..you may agree or disagreeThis workout, as with all painstorms, is not meant to be easy. I do not believe it is an option to just use a lighter weight as the total work will not be equal.So..Using the example listed, we have our 165lb individual who is 52. This poor fellow cannot even 1RM 165, so what to do?If you multiply the weight you're supposed to do(165) x the amount (52) you'll get the total load you would have lifted (8580).If we divide that number (8580) by a weight that is challenging, but doable (say 100lb) we get 85.8 or 86.So our 165lb person could do 86 g2oh at 100# instead.Hopefully that makes sense that's how I would scale if need be.
