WOD
5 Rounds, working up to your max load, of:
7 Sets of the sequence:
Power Clean
Front Squat
Push-Press
Back Squat
Push-Press

RULES:
1. No resting on the ground. Even to re-grip.
2. Bar can rest on ground between ROUNDS as needed, but put the bar down during a SET and its a 5 BURPEE PENALTY.
3. Break up or combine the movements anyway as long as the following are met:
-Clean starts at ground and finishes at full hip extention
-Squats go below parallel
-Presses finish locked out overhead
4. Jerking is acceptable
5. Squats and presses may be combined into thrusters, but if you squat CLEAN then you must stand with it first then go into your front squat.
6. Finally, there is no time component; rest anywhere at anytime EXCEPT on the ground.
