THIS is how all pull ups should look, regardless of your level. Go for it today. Why cheat yourself?

WOD

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

    I agree- the pull up is good, but the face is priceless. By the way, if you wanna be pushed, line up your weights directly behind someone who you know will do more rounds than you. It works.
