Paleo Challenge starts Monday! Don't forget to get all of your pre-challenge stuff done before then.
WOD
Complete as many rounds in twenty minutes as you can of:
Run 200 meters
20 Thrusters, 65/45
20 Box Step-ups, 20 reps, 65/45
15 Pull-ups
Post rounds and fractions completed to comments.

@Cody- very impressive. Those box steps were brutal. Did 3 rds + 100 m.

Ran 200 meters and 15 Pull-ups. Box steps were really brutal as Chris mentioned.
