Time for an AMRAP

This is a 20 minute WOD...once you reach the last minute you can successfully complete...continue with each minute doing as many rounds as you can each minute until the time is up!

With a continuously running clock do one deadlift, one power clean, one thruster the first minute, two the second minute, three the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

    Nic, great to see you in class tonight...a great class too...13 people rockin it downtown tonight. Gilbert the first weight is prescribed the second weight is scaled for anyone that cannot do prescribed and the Brand New refers to the new athlete and the weight will be anywhere from an empty bar to the scaled weight depending on the strength/experience/endurance/level of the new athlete

    What an awesome thing to be a part of. A 4:30 class with 10 people and then 13 in the 5:30. Props to Detlef for doing 5 Reps in the 5th minute. I knew you were going to do it b/c the whole time you were supposed to be resting you were clapping and bobbing your head. You are a great testament to CF. Props to all the baselines going on too.

    Thanks john I'm new to crossfire, trying to to it by myself at my gym using info off the websites cause I'm working at night and I have not done the fundemental classes.
