Today was an awesome day at the box! Murph did not disappoint! Congratulations to all who showed up and showed the kind of courage I like to think the heroes respect and would smile at. Tomorrow morning we will have a "FUN" workout, not a long one but a "FUN" one...who's comin? You will be glad you did!
