I have been having a lot of inquiries about "what I take" and how I feel about different supplements. Honestly, I eat A LOT and drink my fish oil from StrongerFasterHeathier. I used to take fish pills just because thats whats CrossFitters do but I never really felt anything special. Then I started researching and found out I'd need to take like 12 pills a day to get the results. Fail. And super expensive. Researched a bit further and came across this product. It's super clean and non fishy and I take a teaspoon a day. I actually crave this stuff if I can't take it for a few days. When we went on our cruise I left my oil at home and tried to take the pills for ease. Everything in my body started hurting and didn't ease up until I got home and started back on the oil for a few days. I will also, on the occasion of a particularly gruesome wod or if I'm stuck without proper grub, drink the recovery protein from Progenex. I love the taste of their products and I honestly feel replenished after so said WOD.
