    28:13 Rxd 6 rounds of double unders was hard on a big fella lol even ran my last 200 barefooted lol i like to mix things up lol

    I did this wod on Monday in Jackson, MS in 16:19. Thought I was kinda cool. Then yesterday I watched the owner of the box here kill this wod in 14:30! And if that wasn't inspiring enough, I've been watching his wife, who gave birth to their first child only 3 weeks ago, kill wods all week. She was even doing double unders yesterday!
    Crossfit people are simply amazing. It makes me happy, humble, and grateful to be part of such a positive culture.
