A. Back Squat

1 Pause Back Squat (3 sec hold in Bottom)
-Use the 3 x 5 as a warm up (quick and easy) to begin the EMOM at 70%. Athletes choice to then stay at 70% or move up from there.
B. Conditioning
Every 4:00 x 5 Rounds:
9 Deadlifts, 225/155 lbs
12 Barbell-Facing Burpees
15/12 Cal Row
